Any one know if the FTP Check rides get saved on Zwift. If so, how can I go back and find the file and send to Strava? I just almost died in this FTP Check and do not have any thing to prove I did it OR see what my FTP was!
You could upload the fit file manually to Strava
https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918677-Zwift-and-Strava
Also if you have the Zwift app installed and possibly running on more than one device, you need to ensure that never happens. If it’s on two devices, pick one and remove it from the other. That’s a common cause of lost activities.
Zwift didn’t even save it to my activities. I read somewhere that Zwift does not save short rides under a mile and half. The issue was that this was a constant climb ride.
Oh, well! I’ll screenshot my numbers next time!
Yes rides must be 2km to save, but you can still upload the fit file to Strava even if Zwift doesn’t save the activity
Thank you so much!! I read the article you shared and will try to find my missing ride!
If you improved your FTP you will be able to see your new FTP in two places in game. When in game either select a workout and you will see ‘My FTP’ or go into your Profile and your ftp is displayed there.
I suspect your FTP was previously 195 (or very close) from your last FTP Ramp Test.
[If your FTP Check returned a lower figure than 195 then your FTP (of 195) is not lowered by the system]
That’s correct! It was 197. Thank you.
