Frozen account, that was charged when resumed

Hello, I have frozen my account and when I resumed it I was charged. Even though it shouldn’t be the case, I should have at least 15 days of using the application without having to pay again.

You would not get 15 days: it would be 25km if you did not pay. But in any case you need to talk to support about your subscription.

I suspect you’ll find that when you suspend an account, the suspension applies from the end of the period for which you have already paid. Need to check the terms and conditions.
