Friend tried out my zwift bike… question

He rode for an hour and deleted his ride but my ftp still jumped from 183 to 198… it’s not the end of the world but it maybe also changed my PR’s. Do I just ignore it and see it as a challenge to beat the new numbers or can I ‘delete’ those too?

If you go to the “Fitness” tab when you log into your activity feed on zwift.com (the website) you can see your personal bests powers and when they were set. If your friend set your best 5 minute power then that can affect your racing score. If you don’t care about racing score then there’s no real issue I guess.

You can always manually set your FTP lower if you want to modify the default difficulty of any workouts.

Since you know your old FTP I would put it back the way it was if you do structured workouts.

If you want the PRs fixed or racing score fixed, you need to contact zwiftpower@zwift.com and tell them what happened.
