A friend of mine is doing a long birthday ride on Greatest London flats. I follow him and marked him as a favorite. He does not show up in my Join a Zwifter list in the game. I am using Apple TV and he’s not in the list on my ipad either. I can see in the companion app that he is riding. The name he used for the ride started with “0. Dr.Joe” nor sure that created an issue. Since i follow and favorited him, and he’s riding, this seems a bug???
I’ve been trying for a while, rebooted apple TV etc and still same issue.
Otherwise anybody any idea how to fix this?

I’m having the exact same problem. I have it on Apple TV and I have it on Android. I don’t think platform matters. My gut tells me that the feature is just broken. In the Zwift companion app, I see that people are riding and these are people that I have favorited and that follow me. Yet they do not appear on the Join a Zwifter list at all. I don’t know what these forums are for if Zwift personnel don’t monitor them and respond to support requests like this. But I am casting a vote for them to fix it and respond.
Is it possible that they are in an event or workout? I’m not sure ‘join a zwifter’ works unless they are in a free ride.

That’s certainly a possibility but when I look at their ride on Strava, It looks like they are riding alone.
Maybe in a workout, then?
I guess anything is possible.
