I build myself interval workouts based on my coaches training plan.
During rest periods between intervals I don’t want to have to worry about holding a particular power, even though I set it to 25w. And then when I decide to skip the rest period, I don’t want that to reflect the ‘success’/‘failed’ report.
- Can you make rest periods include the option to freeride?
- Can you make skipping a rest period not reflect success of interval set?
