Hi, I’m a new rider and my trial has expired.
When trying to have a free ride and select a route, I can’t see my avatar riding the bike; the screen shows me only other riders … sometimes I’m on the side of the road without moving. I see a message at the bottom of the screen “ your trial has expired” Am I in the wrong place?
My bike is connected.

Hi @Vivian_Ferreyra, welcome to Zwift. I’m not sure, but have you paid for a subscription? I don’t know what to expect once the trial has ended.
