I was surprised to get a message that I’d finished the Tour of Watopia after doing a free ride on the Going Coastal route. I noticed I was getting 2x experience points during the ride. (It didn’t happen yesterday when I did Sugar Cookie.)
Yes, that’s correct. You can complete stages of the tour as free rides.
