My finish screen (blue one that shows placement and power stats) and route badge notification screenshots are not showing or saving anymore. I’m not sure what has happened. It’s been happening since I did a no HUD race a few days ago
Hi @S_Wilkey_CAP_REVO_OT welcome to Zwift forums.
Shuji at Zwift HQ here following up on this question. Has this cleared up since you reported on October 5? I peeked at your server logs and don’t see anything that might indicate there’s an issue here. It looks like you’re doing all the things right and avoiding the usual pitfalls that might cause problems.
Something that’s not captured in your Zwift logs is if you’re in the habit of rebooting your iPad regularly - do you? That will purge some cached gremlins and might help your issue.
Unrelated to this issue, but things I noticed in your logs:
- Your Zwift Ride controllers are still using the factory firmware version 1.0.0. It would be good to connect them to the Zwift Companion app and update them to the latest version. Here’s how.
- Now that Zwift game version 1.99 is available to everyone, it wouldn’t hurt to update by visiting the Apple App Store and manually updating it.
- Your iPad is still on iOS v 18.6.2. Whenever it updates to iOS 26, Apple will return the app settings to a more restrictive default setting. When you see the post-update popups that will appear when you launch Zwift - say OK to them.
