File damaged

this week i did two rides on zwift and after finishing the ride the file is automatically  sent to strava. but the problem is that the file is damaged. When i login to my zwift account on zwift.com it shows the correct distance and elevation, but when i download this file and add it manually to strava its shows a incorrect elevation and distance. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi Bart, 

How big is the difference between these two? If it’s a minor difference it’s sometimes happens with Strava even in real life. 

If it’s a major difference you will have to submit a ticket and provide us with the “Fit” and “Log” file.
