Festive 500 Kit Unlock not working

Hi,

just finished the challenge and I didn’t receive the in-game kit. I did everything on Zwift and my Zwift is linked to my Strava. I received an e-mail from Strava (that I completed the challenge) but there is no link I can click which says ‘Unlock the Kit’ or something.

The FAQ post says I receive an e-mail, who is the sender of that E-Mail? Zwift or Strava? I did not receive any other e-mail.

I’d like to have the kit.

Festive 500 is a Strava/Rapha thing, not Zwift. My guess is that either Rapha or Strava will send you something at a later date to unlock the kit.
