I have a problem with mounting zwift ride on wahoo kickr core.
the thru axle does not screw in and the thread seems to be worn out.
how can I solve it?

I have my zwift frame on the floor and I can’t use it.
My ticket is already open but I don’t know what are you doing for me.
I understand that you have a lot of requests but without any information for me is very disappointing.
It is impossible to use the chat and talk to a human person, this for me is not an ideal support.

Hello, I received my zwift ride yesterday. It seems I have the same issue. I’m unable to screw the thru axle. By the way, open a ticket is a journey…… Zwift assistance through the Bot is the worse experience I had since a long time. Hope I will receive a response ASAP
