I am failing my tempo sessions in the workout mode (6 weeks FTP). The workout is 5 times 140W for 1.5 min and then 435W for 10sec and i normally fail it even if i bring up the W during all 5 tempo sessions to 435.
–> What cadence do i have to ride the 140 sessions or does it not matter?
–> Shall i chance gears before the 435W tempo session?
–> Do I have to have a certain cadence during the 435 tempo session?
