We have the new Elite Nero smart roller.
When I connect via Blue Tooth, to my Samsung phone, everything works fine. I load a workout scheduled through Training Peaks, select a route and off i go, the trainer ERG’s away just fine.
When my wife gets onto the trainer, goes through the same motions, except ERG never kicks in. She’s been stuck doing her workouts in simulation mode and trying to do a rest interval on a serious climb doesn’t work well!
Another thing I did notice, both our companion app’s don’t have GAME tab? so we can’t select ERG or game functions in the new companion???
