ERG mode doesn't work with Technogym Ride

ERG mode doesn’t work with Technogym Ride, all the Power, cadence sensors are connected, pedal boats normally but the ERG function doesn’t work, can you help me? TECHNOGYM technicians tell me that the BIKE is regularly connected

For me too … All sensors connected and ERG doesn’t work
So enoying to change gear and 50x11 not enought
Technogym Ride bike too with HMDMI and Lightening.
If someone has a solution with true pleasure.
