“Energy Gel” Power Up that works about 5 to 10 minutes after taking it, but only if you have been racing for at least 15 minutes. A bit like real life. Save it for the last 10 minutes of a race or use it on the Box Hill climb. But you have to think ahead to use it most efficiently, not easy with sweat dripping into your eyes and a heart beat at 180 bpm.
Just use a real Energy Gel.
I use Zwift to try and maintain and even loss weight, especially during the winter months. I dont want to turn Zwift into a “Gel Feast” that’s why I’ve suggested a virtual.gel with zero calories.
