Empire Elevation route: Badge or no badge?

Hi Zwift support team,

Could you please clarify, whether there is a route badge with bonus XP attached to the new Empire Elevation route in New York or not? According to Zwift Insider there is a badge with 485 XP attached to this event only route but those who have ridden this route in events didn’t get any badge or XP.

Wondering the same, did the loop as part of a group ride but no badge/no bonus xp.

Same, did the route on Saturday as part of a group ride and didn’t get anything for it

I asked Zwift staff about this and they said yes badge on this route. All of you should contact support to report the problem and ask for the badge.

I don’t want to ask Zwift for the badge, but I would love to know if the bug has been fixed so that I can get the badge when I ride the route again.

I wouldn’t assume the bug is fixed. I haven’t heard about that. More reports to support might result in it being fixed more quickly.

Emailed Zwift support about it, 32min later (wow!) I had the badge and bonus xp credited to my account.

I did that route a couple weeks ago and no badge.

it is really annoying how zwift hide what routes do or don’t have badges. Just show them under achievements to avoid this confusion.

this is the ZRL route next week… would be great if the bug is fixed by then!
