However, the “follow” function in “Community” sends new topics to my previous address.

Did you log out of ZML (Zwift Mobile Link) and log back in with the new email address? Closing the mobile app doesn’t log you out, you have to go to the Settings menu, then choose Log Out, from within the app.
And then choose “Log Out” from the next screen.
