Elite Suito not connecting

Hi there, I’ve had my Suito for approximately 12 months. Occasionally, the Bluetooth drops out and the resistance is really hard. This week, I can’t get the green light to stop flashing. I have disconnected, rebooted iPad but still nothing. Red and blue lights are solid. Do I need to be connected to Bluetooth and ANT? Any ideas please?

Did you ever receive an answer? I’ve been using my Elite Suito for nearly a year with no issues. I plugged it in today and the green LED light has been flashing for an hour…I cannot find the reason online or in the set-up manual. The red and blue lights are fine, and bluetooth connectivity to Zwift is good. When I spin, no cadence or power are detected and I cannot do a Zwift workout.
