Elite Novo Smart connection with Samsung Galaxy A5

I have just bought a second hand Elite Novo Smart trainer to start on Zwift. I have downloaded the app in my Samsung A5 but the two won’t find each other on Bluetooth. Is there anything I need to do on the trainer as I don’t have instructions.

The first thing I’d do is check for Bluetooth interference. This article here pinpoints things that may prevent your trainer from pairing. Ensure that the trainer isn’t paired or trying to pair to any other apps or devices you aren’t using for Zwift.

You may also want to try calibrating the trainer.
