I’ve been using the Elite Direto XR + Zwift Cog and Click for about a month with no issues. On my last ride, the resistance did not work - not only when shifting with the Zwift Cog and Click but also when going up hills. ERG mode does not seem to be changing the resistance either. Any suggestions? I’ve tried the usual restarting and connection options. Zwift says resistance is connected.

Are you definitely paired over Bluetooth, and you haven’t accidentally connected via ANT+?

Does resistance change normally if you use Level Mode in the Elite myETraining app and you manually change resistance?

Is this an older Direto or a new one? If it’s well used then you may need to do the motor screw cleaning and lubrication. Elite can tell you about that if it’s needed. It can be done at home.

I’ve done it myself when my own Direto XR started making a bit more noise than usual, and it was very straightforward to do.
