Elite direto and garmin 820

Hi to all, I have Elite Direto X and Garmin 820 bundle, with my Lg G6 Zwift can not found my cardio band. I have 2 bands, Garmin and Shunto, and both will not found. Any recommendation? Thanks

I don’t think the LG has ANT+ so check that your HR strap is Bluetooth.
