Elevation Graph

When riding and you hit a hill, the graph appears on the top of the screen, but once it becomes flat or a downhill section, it disappears… I like to see the decents and gradients as it’s more visible than the view on the right side. Would it be possible for this to be a feature that we can either switch on or off in the display settings

The more you ride the less you need it.

I do find the entire route terrain map useful because it allows you to pace the ride but with a big enough screen and the resistance changes on the bike and the ability to shift gears I don’t really need the rest.

A move to put the slope incline/decline percentage on the Zwift companion App just as a number full time would be useful as I have got used to looking at that and knowing what gear to be in.

More and more I have moved to hitting the H button on the App and getting rid of all the text ie the entire Zwift HUD completely on the main screen and just enjoying the fantastic graphics.

It disappears when the incline is 2% or less…

I’m a big guy. I notice even 1%. I’d love for it to be present more often.. to have the option to make it show on ANY incline.

Have you checked the sensitivity slider for this function? You might be able to make it more sensitive to uphill gradients if it’s not already set that way.

It’s not a slider, but a dropdown.. and its only option is the default, or to hide it entirely. There’s no “always on” or “always on when on an incline”, unfortunately.

I would welcome a “Always on” setting for the elevation graph.

A bigger screen has defiantly helped with the visual perception of the inclide/decine but a number present all the time would still help. Obviously the number is currently what you are riding, the larger screen helps you see what’s coming and you can shift earlier to maintain your cadence.
