Hello, I have been trying to set up ECRO but when I put in my id it comes up as not being found. I am a newer rider and have been using zwift the past few months. Not sure if that is a factor. My account is linked to zwiftpower and I can see my zwift id number in zwiftpower as well. It is the same as the one that I see as the file. Not sure what to do and wasn’t able to find any information on this.
The ECRO site has been broken for a while now and that includes new registrations. On the other hand, the season is over after the last weekend.
Do not worry about registering now. This should get fixed prior the start of the next season in spring 2026.
