This idea is that the Training Plan is modified based on the TSS (Training Stress Score). And not just what’s computed in Zwift but other tracking sources as Strava and Garmin or Apple Health. Based on the score, the training events are deferred, skipped, or the base FTP is lowered.
I go hard (for me) during my cycle commute to the $dayjob. These commutes are synced to Strava. Strava has a Fitness and Fatigue graphing, making it easier to figure out if I need to ease up. I think it would be useful if Zwift could also sync to the same system and dynamically update the training plan.
