Duplicate devices showing up? Saris H3

Hi all,

New to zwifting. Having some intermittent connection and wondering if having two devices present is part of the problem.

Windows 11 machine, ethernet connected to a TP-Link deco mesh router that is running 5ghz but has a 2.4ghz guest network. Using a usb cospoo ANT+ dongle with a USB extension, which connects to a UGREEN KVM to my PC.

Usually, my trainer responds well until around 15-20 minutes in it begins to start dropping. Heres a log from TrainerDX, which I fully dont know how to read.

Have you tried it without the kvm?

Without the KVM, it moves about 3ft back closer to my PC. I’ve read to keep it as close as possible to the devices its connecting to. Currently the dongle sits about 2 inches in front of my front axle.

It’s a reasonable idea to test it without. HDMI cables are a well known source of radio frequency interference.

I would also try it with a Bluetooth dongle, removing the ANT+ setup entirely. The TP-Link UB500 is a reliable choice.
