Don't mark requests solved if they're not

For example a year old request to remember my login data was marked as solved, yet it clearly isn’t (nor are the multitudes of other requests for this same feature).  Use ‘planned’ instead, and pin them to the feature request board, so that duplicate requests aren’t made.

Apologies A Nonymous! It was solved but we had to update how our log-in procedure worked, so now I will mark it as “planned.”
