Same problem here in the early morning! Zwift, sent us an email when there is such a problem, and when problem is solved.
Things can happen but let us know!

At least it’s not just me…
Had to do a ride on my phone, must take glasses with me next time!
Thanks for the info. At least I now know why I can’t log in. A heads up by Swift would have been appreciated.
exactly, same here
Same here Paul… Good excuses for losing the race
I had exactly the same solution and problem, however the bonus was I couldn’t see how long the intervals had left
Any News from Zwift HQ? Still problems.
damned i just started my apple tv and it autoupdated and now im locked out
and is leading a weekly workout event in 1.5 hours time
Link to the stays page for this fix
Fix should be live now (or within the next hour) on the Apple TV app store. It sometimes takes a little time to propagate through their system.
Sorry again for the issue. We’re putting in some code and process to make sure this specific issue won’t happen again.
Next time, use AirPlay to mirror it
What is the revision number to avoid? I currently have 1.0.34047, and there is an update available. Do I currently have the bad version and SHOULD update, or do I have the previous version and SHOULD NOT update?
The one to avoid is 1.0.34046, so the one you are seeing is the fix.
This is simply not good enough, don’t the QS Test this simple sort of thing before releasing to paying customers…
I have to borrow my daughter Laptop to take part in a planned race today.
The fix is released, it should be in the store for you and the release is 1.0.34047 (1.0.34046 is the one to avoid).
Working fine, Thanks
Problem fixed, thnx!
All I see in the App Store is version 34042 which is the latest that was added 2weeks ago.
When I go to the App Store on my Apple TV, it does show version 3047 however there is no update button. What am I supposed to do, delete the app and re download it? I am afraid it will try to charge me the $15.00 and then I’ll really be pissed. I have screwing with this since 1:00 today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you have your Apple TV settings set to “Auto Update Apps” shouldn’t it automatically update to the newest version? More of a question to the group than an answer.
