New to zwift and was testing my set up so I rode about 2km using my ipad. When I finished it didn’t upload to strava?? I am still in the 25km free period, is this the issue?

Hi Richard - The free trial is the full version of Zwift and doesn’t have any limitations. I looked into your account and could see that your ride fell shy of the minimum ride distance to save + save to Strava. Next time try riding at least 5km and everything should work properly
