Disconnects No connection and squirrels?

so its been a not so nice week on Zwift for me .firstly my HR would not connect for about 3 days, so reinstalled the app on my windows laptop and bingo connection complete and seemingly stable.:thinking:

so i went for a ride and the hub dropped out about 6 or 7 times in an 28.8 km ride :frowning:. this has ruined my ride.

also where has my squirrel gone ? no where near as fluffy as before ?:face_with_raised_eyebrow:

The size of the streak flair pocket Scotty is based on the length of the streak, so you should check the number of weeks recorded for the streak.

It sounds like you are probably experiencing Bluetooth connectivity problems with the laptop. Many built-in laptop Bluetooth adapters are not very good. A common fix is to disable it and use a USB dongle like the TP-Link UB500, or pair via the Companion app (pair by phone).

Another potential cause is having the app installed and running on two devices at the same time, so if you installed it on a phone and left it running there, that could explain pairing problems on the laptop.

Those are all issues that support could see in your logs if you contact them.

Ah that’s why I have a squirrel in my back pocket all of a sudden, it’s a streak thing.
