Disconnection message - logged in on another device

Couldn’t find a previous entry for this….
After finishing a ride today, I jumped into London for a warm-down. I saw a thin black bar at the top left of screen that said something to the effect of … “ ! You have been disconnected - your account has been logged into on another device - you can continue riding but your activity will not be recorded”.
Well, I did not do anything other then exit riding with Miguel and going into London for a spin.
Has my account been hacked? Can a get a list of my recent login times and dates to check?
Does anyone know what happened here?
Thank you.

It usually means you have two copies of the game running on different devices.

If you contact support they can tell you what the logged in devices are.

Thanks Paul, but there is no way I logged in on a separate device - I just exited the robopacer and entered a route in London for a warm down. Same things that I have done for years.
I contacted zwift support about this, and got a reply from the AI assistant they seem to be using these days - said pretty much the same as you did. Can’t seem to contact a human these days.
I’ll see if it happens again. No one else has my password, so it’s no one that I know.
It would be nice if zwift would show you a list of all your logins and the geographical location of the login like Google does - it give you alerts when a login occurs from a different computer.
Thanks again.

I know there are humans in there somewhere… I would persist with support, see if you can get the system to escalate it to a person

You could also reset the password. It’s quite possible the feature that tries to detect simultaneous logins has a bug, but since they don’t share the information you need, there’s no way to know without their help
