Please add the disable braking option for the Kickr Bike. Currently the option to disable it is only available in the menu if you have Play controllers.
My KICKR SHIFT does not brake.
I’ve tried many times.
I also noticed that the option is not available unless I pair the Play controllers.
I assumed that is why the SHIFT doesn’t brake. Maybe I had the option disabled the last time I paired the Play controllers.
If not, it is odd that the BIKE would have brakes but the SHIFT does not.
Which version of the Kickr Bike do you own? My understanding is that the brakes on the V1 bike only physically slow the flywheel and that process is unknown to Zwift, whereas the V2 has more control integration with Zwift.
V2. It actually slows your avatar like the play controllers but it can’t be turned off unless I unpair the steering too.
