I ordered a trainer off of you guys and it never came.
DPD is telling me to contact you, they don’t know where the package is. You guys are not replying to my Emails.
Do i just suck it up, cancel the order, and order a trainer not branded by you? Why do i have to beg to be told where my order is lol
Anybody else have horrible experience with DPD? Why even use them when they have one of the most horrible ratings online when it comes to logistics?
I realise they are the cheapest but then again you guys charge 50 Euros for shipping so…
Stop sending follow-up emails to Zwift support. Unfortunately each time you do so it puts you further back in the queue. Hopefully if you sit tight they will get to you soon.
I‘ve read that here before and if true is horrible customerservice.

I‘m refunding asap - zwift only wants money and doesnt care about customers.

I got an email from zwift support - it appears they didn’t really read my email and just sent me generic information that’s already on their website.

After replying to the first generic mail i got a quick reply - they’re looking into it with the warehouse now.
