Here is my setup. Windows Laptop running Windows 10 (powerful per Zwift specs) with BT. CycleOps Magnus trainer (has both BT and Ant support). Zwift software does not recognize my trainer. What am I missing?
Do you have an ANT+ USB dongle? If not you’ll need to download Zwift Mobile Link onto your phone to act as a bluetooth bridge to Zwift on your computer. We don’t support built-in windows bluetooth due to limitations in the way it works.
