The last two Fondos I’ve done About 1.5 hours in the trainer will just stick at a given cadence and power, I can go faster or slower but the trainer just stays at that given power/cadence. I have to stop and un-plug it for it to reset. Any thoughts? Actually I f remember correctly there was a short drop out right before it happens. Running an Ant+ antenna right next to the trainer.

This is a known problem with the Hammer. Happens occasionally to me with mine. Just a matter of stopping, switching the hammer off for 10 seconds, unpairing it, then firing it up again and repairing. You can then carry on without having to restart Zwift.
