Create a Lap-Marker when starting workout mid-ride

Structured workouts do record lap-markers for each step, which is awesome.
However, what’s missing is a lap-marker at the start of the workout which becomes relevant when you start a workout mid-ride.
For example, when you do a longer free-ride warm-up and then select and start the actual workout, the first lap in the file is freeride + first step of workout.
