When I want to continue riding after a 90-minute endurance ride and teleport to Robocop, Zwift crashes. 
I have to restart it, and my ride starts from scratch again. The ride isn’t in Strava either, but it is in Companion. Am I using Apple TV?
You could contact support and ask them to inspect your logs and look for the reason why it crashed.
There is some general device about stability on Apple TV:
- Force-close the app after every time you use it. Force Closing Zwift
- Check for tvOS updates and install anything that is available.
- Remove the Zwift app and re-install it.
- If you have persistent problems, do a factory reset. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
You could visit the Zwift website and see if the fit file for that ride is available for download. If it is you could upload it to Strava manually. If it didn’t save properly then you may not be able to recover it. Locating Your Activity, Log, and Workout Files
