I’m a 3 year Zwift user it has been a virtually bug free experience. I use the latest Kickr, with Climb. Use s PC, and the companion app on Android. Recently I have had late ride crashes. The software momentarily locks then crashes. I lose all of the rides and the fit files seem to be unrepairable. I have been connecting the trainer via bluetooth using companion, and using ANT for connecting my HR and cadence. No issues until recently but it’s becoming chronic. Any suggestions? I’ve opened support tickets and sent in the damaged files but haven’t really received any help on it. Thanks
