I constantly seem to lose connection to my qubo digital smart b+. With the elite app, there are no problems. What can I try to enhance connection strength? It’s terrible to ride while having to reconnect every other minute. (Using galaxy tablet s3)
It sounds like you may be experiencing some internet connectivity issues, as well as bluetooth interference. We invite you to submit a support ticket so we can help look into the issue. As a friendly reminder, make sure the trainer and your device aren’t paired to anything you aren’t using for Zwift, including the Elite app.
Thanks and sorry for the late reply. I switched to a Tacx Flux1 and all my problems are solved. I’ll contact Elite about my trainer.
