Connection with Technogym Ride

Hi,

I can connect Zwift to my Technogym Ride, but it is not working propperly. Espeacially inclines and declines are not simulated. When I go up a Mountain, it is no change and the Simulation is keep on going like on a flat Track.
Any ideas? Anything I Need to change in the settings of Zwift or of the Technogym Ride?

Harry - Have you resolved this? I’ve a Technogym ride too, and the best way Zwift works for me is via an Apple TV plugged directly into the back of the TG Ride. The display works best this way also and any previous niggles were fixed.
