Hi, My lap top does not detect the Kick’r while the Zwift on Apple TV detects it immediately. How can I solve the issue?

You would need an ANT+ dongle on your laptop or use the Zwift Mobile Link to bridge the Bluetooth signal to your laptop.
I would strongly suggest the ANT+ dongle with a USB extension for ease of use.
