more often than not my connection will go and all riders will dissapear never to return unless i completly exit zwift and reload it. which is a major pain. can you put a refresh button to reconnect to the island or better still somthing that will do this automatically. thanks.
I’ve had this problem as well. I thought it might just be me as I am running off a VSAT connection and latency times are a bit of a problem, as is speed in general. What I have also noticed is that sometimes the list doesn’t populate properly. The other day I was riding with a friend, I could see him on screen (the rider, not his name), but could see his w/kg and distance travelled as well. He could see all my details on his side. Also, I could not see him on the mobile app. A “refresh” would be extremely useful.
