Connection problem to Zwift

Hello,

i am currently at day 9 from14 day free trial and have been using xiaomi tablet for Zwift app and my iphone for Companion app.
Everything went smooth but yesterday and also today something is off as i connect everything with no problem to app but my rider still not moving ( i can see cadence while pedaling when i open conections)
But when i open zwift on my iphone, everything is working.
I tried to update tablet, uninstal and instal app but still zero progres, bluetooth conection is fine, everything seems fine regarding conections

If you’re seeing Watts on the HUD but the avatar does not move, that could be a subscription problem. What does Status say on the membership page?

Status says free membership until 28th March,
but the thing is everything working on iphone but not on xiaomi tablet

Thanks that is a good point. Another thing to consider is that you need to make sure that Zwift only runs on a single device. I recommend deleting it from the phone, power cycle the trainer, and then try it on the tablet. Each time you use Zwift you need to end the ride and either save or trash the activity, and then terminate the app. If it’s left running in the background on a second device, that can interfere with the connections on the device you are currently using. The safest way to operate it is to have it installed on exactly one device.

the latest version of the Android app (which is what your Xiaomi tablet uses) breaks connectivity with many users’ devices, not getting any wattage data in when connected via bluetooth. I have yet to see an official acknowledgement of this from Zwift.
