Just updated my game (July 7) and now my Click v2 controllers won’t connect. Tried updating firmware and apparently have the correct version but still no luck. Running an Elite Avanti Cog trainer which is updated with the latest firmware too.
Anyone experiencing similar issues?
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. There hasn’t been a flood of reports since the release of game version 1.117. It is probably something about your specific set of Clicks, or something else in your Zwift setup. Hi, and thanks for the reply! I’ve managed to solve it by connecting the trainer with Bluetooth instead of the WiFi connection function on the trainer (Elite Avanti). It seems that before the firmware update the controllers would connect even if the trainer was connected with WiFi but now they both have to be connected with bluetooth.

I’m not sure what changed for you but I can tell you that pairing an Elite trainer via WiFi has always defeated virtual shifting in Zwift because the trainer firmware doesn’t support that feature when paired via WiFi. Since you are using the Cog on your trainer, I assume you intended to use virtual shifting.
