I’m running Zwift on an iPad and looking to connect a HRM via Whoop 5.0 band (via Bluetooth). After activating HR broadcast on Whoop and ensuring no Bluetooth connections are active, I’ve found that I am able to search for and connect to the HRM in the Device screen within the Whoop app on the “Run” setting, but the HRM doesn’t seem to be detected on the “Cycle” screen (which is my primary use case). The app is clearly able to see and connect to the band but can’t on the cycling side.
Has anyone come across a similar issue and if so any ideas how to resolve?
