@L_ucifer your going to get this Lock, that would be sad for OP, your way out of line here.
whatās way out of line? Expressing an opinion?
Then youāll do a ladder race and get done for sticky whats as the pedals complete more smoothing than a turbo trainer, so youāll get flagged if you stop peddling for a second!
No, because you just came in and hijacked a thread with aggressiveness that was uncalled for
Yeah this is getting seriously off topic ā¦
aggressive? Srsly?
Ignoring you would be the right thing to do, but
And WTF should people care when you all of a sudden drop 20lbs racing ![]()

Steps to validate assioma
- check crank length settings match in app and on head unit.
- Once bike stable and you are not on it - calibrate / zero offset in app
- No spin down or warm up is needed, but worth riding 10mins before if you just attached them to the bike
KickrCore
- generally accurate
- Ride for a bit then do a spin down on app
Getting the tick is probably still possible but you might have to bug the right person to do it. You could also do the verification work out and record it. Keep the duals linked on profile.
Iām not sure about those exact numbers. Iām pretty sure the numbers are lower for women than men.
I have seen world records set without a flag. The system has never worked well, in my opinion.
I am saying I have observed people ride beyond that in races without being cones.
Years ago people were flagged for doing the hilly KOM in 90s and Richmond in 22mins. Zwift constantly adjusts them to allow higher performance or removes them
Problem with Assioma is that if you stop pedaling for 3s, your power āsticksā at the last level it was before you stopped pedalling.
There are A+ riders on Zwift doing this constantly and itās not getting picked up.
Itās so easy to spot too - they spend as much time in Zone 1 as zone 4/5/6 and their power profile looks like a seismograph in an earthquake. Cadence is also weird. And in Zwift Power you can see āflat topsā for 3s after every peak.
Dual recording also shows this.
The pedal show that the trainer is correct and the trainer shows that the power from the pedals is not exaggerated.
For many, if they can measure power outdoors, they should be able to dual record with no additional costs.
All riders should be encouraged to dual record and make such recordings available for public review.
Only problem is if you have a crank based power meter (I have a Quark on the S5 and Dura Ace on the Canyon CF Evo) and kickr bike.
So I went and got Favero pedals for the sake of being able to watch my power balance and try to correct it.
Dual recording should be shown in Zwift, currently itās a bit fussy to do.
I never managed to make mine do this. I guess I need to push 800 watts all the time which I cannot do.
happens with cranks too. I have several dual recordings confirming this.
Ant connection seems to amplify it.
When doing power passport on mywhoosh, primary needs to be trainer and secondary can only be connected with ble
