Companion app rarely works

I can rarely get the Companion app to connect. I’ve tried uninstalling, restarting, etc. Had given up on using at all, but now I want to ride Repack Ridge (and even bought a riser turntable for my front wheel), but cant because of this issue.
Super frustrating.
Anything I can do?

The problem is usually that your phone and Zwift game is not on the same WiFi network. It may be that one is on the 5ghz and the other on the 2.4ghz.

Also, be sure you force quit the ZC app before starting your ride.

Success! Turned mobile data off phone, made sure on same wireless network. Fun times on repack ridge!
