I’ve been using this feature for a few weeks now and some time last week, something broke. My main training score (currently around 75) doesn’t match what is shown in “Fitness Trends”. See screenshots from ZCA. It’s the same in-game, I see the incorrect value on the Ride Summary screen. The increment/decrement seems fine after each ride. I also had a situation last night where I did a Zwift race and the Ride Summary said “Productive” and then immediately after, I did a cool down ride of about 45mins with Yumi and after that ride completed, I was marked as Fresh… How is this possible? I’m having a similar issue. My score is around 105 and I rode for over 3 hours today, but on the “fitness trends” screen I’m now down as “fresh” at 99 and with only an 11 minute ride registered. The other rides have registered as activities so not sure what’s going on with the mismatching. ---

Hello, I’ve just logged into my Companion app to view recently completed activities and my “Fitness Trends” screen. My score should be about 106 or so based on recently completed activities with a status of “Productive”, with just over 5 hours worth of training recorded for this week. Everything showed up normally a few hours ago but now my time completed for the week is down to just over 1 hour with a “Fresh” status. The rides are still logged in the “Activities” section, just not showing on the “Fitness Trends” screen. Previous weeks are unaffected – they’re all recorded as normal on the trends screen. It’s just today and yesterday affected. I’ve tried deleting/reinstalling the app but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Would be grateful for any suggestions as to what to try next. Thanks! ---

My Companion App is missing rides on the fitness tracker. I just opened it up to see DETRAINING as the ride from 2 days ago and today are now missing, as well as time from other rides last week, but were there an hour ago. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the data is still missing. 😶 ---

I often log in on my phone or MacBook to visit the garage and screenshot terrible kit and bike combos to suggest to my teammates but only ever ride using my AppleTV. I only have the one account and had not logged in on the phone or mac near the time the errors appeared. The rides were there, I ate lunch, they disappeared. Was it the pancakes?!! ---

Do you force close the app on the Apple TV? I go through the exit game process and often force close on APtv by swiping. I power cycled the Appletv to see if it helped but the ride data has not returned. I don’t understand how ride data that was there, from last week, could have disappeared today… it’s only in the Fitness Tracking as the rides still exist under activities on CA and Zwiftcom, and the data was there after today’s ride but disappeared while I was eating lunch. I’m just DETRAINING now. ---

Very similar issue for me observed also today. “Fitness Trends” has removed my Sun 25th Jan 26 ride/workout of 47Km. It was there yesterday, but Sunday now shows no ride completed. Noteworthy is the the activity is still visible under “Activities". Hope this can be resolved. Thanks. ---

Once data is lost I don’t expect it to come back. The support people might be able to tell if you had the game running on two devices when this happened. I passed it along to them in case they can tell. There have been a few other fitness tracker issues reported lately and I don’t know if they are legit or not so we wait to hear about that. ---

Some time today, my ride from yesterday just disappeared from my fitness trends on the Companion app. About 30 minutes after I noticed it, I was looking at the Companion app and my ride from this morning vanished before my eyes. Has anybody had this happen? If so, how do you get them to reappear? I rode again this afternoon, and that one appears. any thoughts or insights? ---

I checked my Companion app an hour ago and even though my activities show on my profile they are not showing up in my fitness trend. After my race today I noticed my training score was up 44 and companion shows down 43 since this morning’s ride does show on Tuesday. Seems to be new issue that people are just noticing. Thank you for taking the time to investigate. ---
