Color slider keeps resetting (TRON)

Hi. This is an ongoing long-term issue that I’ve been facing. The color slider in the garage keeps resetting. This is especially annoying if I’m setting up a 2-tone TRON (pic 1) and then come back the next day only to find out it’s been reset (pic 2).

Does anyone know why this keeps happening? Do you know where the color information is saved? Does it only save color information for the active bike? (I’m upgrading the P74 currently).

I’m only ever running Zwift on 1 device (PC). Don’t have it installed anywhere else. I don’t have OneDrive running (to mess with Documents folder). Honestly, I’m at my wit’s end.

As soon as you switch to a bike that doesn’t have a color slider, it will get reset. It’s really annoying, color prefs should be set per bike but they aren’t.

It sounds like you switch bikes.
If so, I’ve experienced that also causes the TRON color slider to reset.

Wow. I suspected it to be something like that. But still it’s super annoying. :weary_face:

Zwift pls fix? Surely it’s a zbug and not a zweature.

I don’t think bike choice settings are stored locally so you probably have no way to work around it.

It’s been reported for years so I assume improving how it works is not a priority.

What are the two little boxes under the color slide?

Looks like it is an option to choose a white frame or a black frame. Not something I have with my Tron.

The white option is available when Zwift Ride controls are paired.
