Child account reverted to Trial mode

My son’s account has gone back into trial mode - I’ve not received any notifications about re-filling in coppa forms since September 2020 (which I did then) to either my email address or the email I set up for my son’s account.
I set his account up in 2018 (he’s 13 now)
I’ve filled the form in again (found the link in email in 2020)

Anything else to speed the process up (he’s got a week off school and wants to race!)

Contact support directly. If you persist with the chat bot you should get to a point where you can submit a support case.

Either way, should only be around 48 hours

They’ve sorted the account out within 10 hours of resending the form.
