Child account renewal 2022

Last year the consent forms were not resend by myself after 3 months and this resulted in wiping out 3 accounts fro my boys. I hope to do better for them this year. I did resend the consent form ~50days before it was expiring, to avoid having a similar disappointments as last year when all account child accounts were deleted. I received an email that it was all good, however my boys still get the message that their account is ending in 20 days from now.

I used the same email addresses as before. Any idea what goes wrong here?



It will keep on counting down until 0 days remaining when the new promo code will automatically be enabled and they will have another year free.
